How many should i take?
Two (2) capsules in the evening. If you weigh less that 70kg you can start with one (1) Capsule the first eveing and if needed two (2) the second evening.
Capsules can be emptied into an eveing herbel tea.
A single (1) capsule can be taken during the day in times of stress.
Is Lights Off a sleeping pill or sedative?
The sleep promoting effects of Lights Off are intentionally mild and non-habit forming. Lights Off is not a sleeping pill. Several of the ingredients in Lights Off naturally promote relaxation and therefore often are best ingested prior to sleeping. However in times of stress can be used during the day to ring you back to your center.
Is Lights Off recommended for children and/or pregnant/breastfeeding women?
Lights Off is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over who are not pregnant. The ingredients used in Lights Off are all considered to be very safe for healthy adults, however, there has been insufficient clinical research for us to conclude that they are also safe for children and/or pregnant/breastfeeding women.
How big are the capsules?
We use Size 00 capsules, which are 2.3cm long by 0.8cm wide (0.91 inches long by 0.33 inches wide). Most people find that they go down easily with a big gulp of water. However, if you have trouble swallowing, you can easily open the capsule and sprinkle the powder onto your food or drink. Mixing the powder with a thick liquid such as yogurt, or a smoothie works best.
